Pre-Service Visit

This is where we can get to know you and your pet and fill out necessary forms. We can go through these together to discuss if there is anything you are unsure of and if you want to provide any additional information. It is our chance to meet your pet and see if they are comfortable around us. It is also your chance to see if we are the right fit for your pet and whether you can trust us with its care. This visit will be free of charge. 

Dog Walking

This includes time for us to settle your pet back at home, replenish their water and clean them up if necessary.

We walk all dogs individually, unless they are from the same household. 

30 Minutes £10.00

1 Hour £16.00

Any additional dogs from the same household are half price.

Pet Sitting 

This includes cats and other small animals.

We provide the following in the visit:

• Feeding 
• Replenishing water
• Toilet break
• Playtime
• Cleaning of food bowls, cage, litter tray etc.

If you have any individual requirements for the visits, please let us know and we will do our best to provide this for you. 

15 Minute Visit £7.00

30 Minute Visit £10.00

We do not charge extra for any additional pets (except dogs)

House Visits

For our regular customers, we can offer a house minding service while you are away. This can include:

• Turning lights on/off for security
• Opening/closing blinds or curtains 
• Picking up the post
• Watering houseplants

We charge an additional £3.00 for any service on weekends and bank holidays. 

Good Friday, Easter Monday, Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year's Day will be charged at double the rate. 

After we have provided the service, we can send a text message to let you know all is well and what your pet has been up to.
